◆ Automatic constant tension control for feeding, LPC automatic deviation correction, and AC frequency conversion constant speed automatic material feeding.
◆ Imported dual-servo material dragging control.
◆ Upper and lower sealing pressures are driven by AC frequency conversion motors.
◆ The temperature of the hot pressing knife is adjusted by PID, controlled by non-contact automatic systems, and centrally set through the human-machine interface.
◆ Pneumatic multi-functional automatic punching, automatic collection of edge material waste, and equipped with an electrostatic elimination device.
◆ Temperature: Adjustable from 0 to 300℃, controlled by non-contact systems, and centrally set via the touch screen.
◆ Counting: Automatic accumulation of quantity and batches, with a preset function.
◆ Working mode: Length-fixed bag making, using multi-position photoelectric tracking control for photoelectric tracking bag making.
◆ Punching mode: Can be set to continuous, interval, or stop, with preset punching time.
◆ Multiple feeding mode: 1 to 6 times feeding; the multiple feeding function can be used when the bag making length exceeds 400mm.
◆ Batch feeding function: The worktable has a batch feeding function, and the batch quantity can be preset.
