Proper maintenance can significantly extend the service life of three-side seal bag making machines, reduce equipment failure rates, and ensure production stability.
Daily maintenance requires establishing standardized procedures: After the end of daily production, special cleaning tools should be used to thoroughly remove residual plastic slag on the surface of heat-sealing knives to prevent uneven sealing lines caused by carbonization and accumulation. It is necessary to shut down the machine weekly to check the wear degree of silicone pads. If depressions or cracks exceeding 1mm are found, they must be replaced immediately to avoid affecting the uniformity of sealing pressure. The focus of monthly maintenance is on the maintenance of the transmission system, and special grease resistant to temperatures above 300°C should be used to fully lubricate components such as chains and bearings.
The maintenance of key components must follow strict cycle management: The cutter needs to be precision-ground by professional technicians every 3 months to ensure that the cutting edge maintains the optimal sharpness within 0.1mm. The thermocouple needs to be calibrated in a standard constant temperature bath every six months, and must be replaced when the deviation exceeds ±2°C. When there is a problem of weak sealing, it is recommended to adopt the "temperature-pressure" two-factor troubleshooting method: first, use an infrared thermometer to confirm whether the actual temperature reaches the set value (usually 180-220°C for PE materials), and then use a pressure test film to check the pressure uniformity of the upper and lower heat-sealing knives.
When the equipment is out of service for more than 72 hours, special maintenance procedures must be implemented: first, drain the condensed water in the compressed air pipeline to prevent corrosion of the solenoid valve; then apply anti-rust oil to the linear guide rail for the full stroke, and install a protective cover at the ball screw. It is recommended to adopt a digital i
